OffshoriUS B.V has the authority to suspend or end a customer's service if they violate any part of this policy. They may give notice through a voicemail or email. Before taking this action, OffshoriUS B.V tries to work with their customers to fix any issues and prevent them from happening again. However, OffshoriUS B.V also has the right to suspend or terminate service for a first offense.

Email
- Any website discovered to host or endorse content endorsing terrorism will be promptly suspended without prior warning.
- If a website is discovered to have child pornography or to have links to child pornography, it will be instantly suspended without any prior notification.
- Under no circumstances do we endorse or engage in the trafficking, sharing, or sale of stolen credit card, bank account, PayPal, or any other sensitive financial information online.
- If we detect any fraudulent carding systems being hosted on our hosting environment, we will suspend the service immediately without prior notice.
- If any service on our network is found to be intentionally used for phishing or other malicious activities, it will be promptly suspended without prior notice for violating the terms of service.
- Engaging in any form of DDOS attacks or Hacking Activities should be avoided.
NOT Allowed Content
- Hosting services for video sharing websites such as clipbucket, phpmotion, ClipShare, PHPVibe, and MediaShare are prohibited, but they are permissible if hosted on a VPS (Virtual Private Server) or Dedicated Server.
- It is forbidden to host or upload audio/video files, but linking to them is permitted.
- Hosting scripts that function similarly to Photobucket or Tinypic are prohibited.
- Users are not permitted to upload a large quantity of images for downloading on websites that focus on wallpapers or similar content.
- It is forbidden for illegal pharmacy websites to sell drugs that are not approved for sale, such as falsified medicines, counterfeit drugs, or unapproved drugs.
- Harassment can manifest in various forms such as the use of offensive language, repetitive communication, or excessive message length.
- Manage and operate various gaming servers including counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, and so on.
- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- IP Scanners , Lottery/Gambling Sites
- Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
- Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
- Scripts for dumping and mirroring files (similar to the functionality of Rapidshare)
- The use of fraudulent websites, phishing websites, malicious websites, and carding websites is strictly prohibited.
- Using shared hosting is not suitable for storing large amounts of files or backup storage solutions. Clients are not permitted to use shared or reseller hosting for hosting download mirrors. If your website revolves around users downloading files, you should consider using a VPS solution.
Allowed Content
- Permission is given to websites or forums to include links to warez, DMCA related content. This implies that you are permitted to provide links to remote file upload sites such as RapidShare, MegaUpload, and similar platforms.
- Allowance is granted for all types of tube sites, whether they contain adult or non-adult content, as long as they have embed codes or linking capabilities.
- Adult-oriented websites, explicit content and materials related to sexual content are permitted, with the exception of child pornography.
- You are welcome to host and use unlocked scripts and software, but it is highly recommended that you purchase a legitimate copy of the product.
- You must possess a legitimate license in order to host online pharmacy websites. If LegitScript notifies us about your site selling unauthorized medications, we will take action and potentially suspend your site.
Need to Follow
- Utilize a minimum of 25% or more of our system resources for durations exceeding 90 seconds consecutively. Examples of activities that may cause such high usage include, but are not restricted to, CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, and so on.
- Execute MySQL queries that take longer than fifteen (15) seconds. Ensure that the MySQL tables have suitable indexes.
- Execute cron jobs that run at intervals shorter than fifteen (15) minutes.
- You are allowed to use any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. You can share links to legal torrents from external websites, but you are not allowed to host or store them on our servers.
VPS Hosting
- Avoid engaging in any illegal or deceitful actions on our servers such as child pornography, phishing, credit card fraud, hacking, network scanning, or managing a botnet.
- Warez is permissible, but if the content you have hosted is found to be in violation of Bulgarian laws, we may request that you remove it.
- Email marketing is strictly prohibited on VPS servers, meaning that hosting software such as PowerMTA, Interspire, Mail bomber, and SendBlaster, is not allowed. If we discover anyone breaking this rule, their VPS will be immediately terminated without prior notice.
- VPS has the ability to host or store various forms of audio and video content, such as movies, MP3s, software, games, and warez sites.
- IRC is permitted on our VPS accounts and Dedicated Servers.
- Clients are prohibited from exceeding their allotted burstable RAM. Should a client consistently overload their VPS's burstable RAM, they will be prompted to upgrade to a higher level VPS. Utilizing more than the allocated burstable RAM will result in the crashing of the VPS. Moreover, clients who utilize their burstable RAM for more than 80% of the time will also be required to upgrade to a higher level VPS in order to maintain fairness in VPS usage among clients. Additionally, VPS accounts must not exceed a 15-minute load average that is more than two times the number of CPU cores provided.
Dedicated Servers
- Please refrain from engaging in any illegal or deceptive practices such as child pornography, phishing, credit card fraud, hacking, conducting network scans, administering botnets, and other related activities using our servers.
- Any form of email marketing or any attempts to send spam from our servers are strictly prohibited. Hosting websites known for spamming or serving as DNS servers for spam purposes is also not allowed.
- Your services will be permanently suspended without any notice or refund if you include the IPV4 address of the server in blacklists like SBL, CSS, DBL, PBL, Barracuda, Spamcop, Sorbs, Rats, UCEPROTECTL1, UCEPROTECTL2, UCEPROTECTL3, and so on.
- We have implemented strict measures to prevent any form of DDOS attacks originating from our servers.
- Sending any content through email, uploading, posting, or any other means, that causes distress or annoyance to another individual on the internet.
- Engaging in activities that aim to compromise the security of Internet communications, such as accessing data without permission or logging into unauthorized servers or accounts, is considered a security breach. Similarly, engaging in actions that disrupt Internet communications, such as port scans, flood pings, packet spoofing, or providing false routing information, also qualify as disruptions.
Enforcement
OffshoriUS B.V has the authority to suspend or end a customer's service immediately if they violate any of the rules stated in this policy. They will inform the customer through either a phone call or an email. Before taking this action, OffshoriUS B.V tries to collaborate with the customer in order to rectify the violation and prevent it from happening again. However, OffshoriUS B.V maintains the right to suspend or terminate the service even after the first offense.
